Tomato, is it a fruit or vegetable?. Well, I like tomato
soup, or tomato juice or make it to smoothie. So tomato is not a vegetable but also
a fruit. Tomato is very cheap. In my country 1 KG of them is only Rp.2000, it
means when converted to dollar it same to about $0.2. Hmm it is very cheap, isn’t
it?. But what can we get from a tomato?.
Tomato has a lot of vitamin c, some website claim it higher than an
orange. The red color in a tomato contains extremely high of vitamin C and A.
Same to Strawberry, a tomato also contains lycopene, that will be good for us
because it will protect us from free radicals.
That is wonderful, from a cheap vegetable and fruit, we can
get many benefit. So why not you eat them every day from right now?.
Today, I just have painted a tomato. I made it from paint
program on windows. Not a good illustration, you may have seen a lot of great
